WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

All Corpus Christi school parents, grandparents, faculty, staff, parishioners, their family & friends are welcome to participate!​

WHEN IS THE FIRST & LAST DAY?

12 Days of Christmas will kick off right before Cyber Monday with a Gift Card bonus raffle on Sunday, November 30th followed by 12 days of high valued raffles beginning on Monday, December 1st and ending on Friday, December 12th.​

WHEN & WHERE IS EACH PRIZE REVEALED?

The raffle of the day will be announced each morning at approximately 7am in the H&S FaceBook Group and on the H&S webpage. Some days may have a second round or prize that will become available shortly after the first set of raffle slots sell out.

​HOW DO I CLAIM MY SLOT?

When the raffle of the day is revealed, there will be a link to an order form. Click on the order form link, fill out your information, and make sure that you "add to cart" what you wish to purchase to ensure that your order total is calculated correctly and that you claim your slot - even if you're only purchasing just 1. At the end of the order form you will be prompted to complete your payment.

​WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept Venmo or Card for payment. Please note that Venmo is our preferred payment method as we are not charged a fee.​

HOW MUCH IS THE AVERAGE PRIZE WORTH?

All of the main daily raffle prizes are valued over $500, with a few second chance raffles valued between $250 to $600. Meanwhile, the 50/50 pot has grown to over $2,000 in previous year!​​

WHAT ARE MY CHANCES OF WINNING?

There are only 40 slots available to purchase per raffle, plus the 12 Days of Christmas Auction winner slot. If all slots get sold, you will have a 1 in 41 chance of winning. Meanwhile, the 50/50 raffle has an unlimited number of slots.​​​​​​​​

HOW MUCH DOES A SLOT COST?

A standard raffle slot can cost $10, $15, $20, or $25 per slot. Meanwhile, a 50/50 slot is $5 per slot.​​​​​​​​

CAN I PURCHASE MULTIPLE SLOTS?

For the daily raffles you may purchase anywhere from 1 to 10 slots. This number may become less as slots fill up. Meanwhile, you may purchase as many 50/50 slots as you would like.​​​

HOW CAN I PURCHASE 50/50 TICKETS?

50/50 tickets are available for purchase as an "add-on" item at the end of every daily raffle's order form.

You may add on to your daily raffle purchase, or use the order form to purchase 50/50 tickets exclusively.​​

HOW DO I VERIFY I WILL BE ENTERED?

On the H&S 12 Days of Christmas webpage, under "Links" click on the title "Confirmed Entries." This will show the list of who is in each raffle. Please check this list to ensure your entry or entries has been accounted for correctly. Please allow some time between submitting your payment and your name appearing on this list. If you believe your name should be listed but do not see it listed, or if it is not listed the correct number of times, please email CorpusChristiSchoolHSA@gmail.com by 6pm that evening.​

WHEN & WHERE IS THE WINNER REVEALED?

We will announce the winner on FaceBook Live in the H&S FaceBook group between 5pm to 9pm each evening.

The screen recording of the live video will be posted on the H&S 12 Days of Christmas webpage shortly after.​

IF I WIN, HOW DO I RECEIVE MY PRIZE?

All winners will be contacted to coordinate pick up.​

CAN THE ITEMS BE SHIPPED?

Unfortunately, we're unable to ship any physical items; however, we do offer virtual delivery on gift cards, as well as the 50/50.​​

AS A CORPUS SCHOOL FAMILY, HOW CAN THIS FUNDRAISER HELP ME EARN ADDITIONAL ENTRIES INTO HOME & SCHOOL'S END OF YEAR VOLUNTEER TUITION RAFFLE?

For every $250 you spend on this fundraiser, eligible tuition raffle participants will earn 3 additional entries into the tuition raffle.

Please make sure that if anyone else is participating on your family's behalf (for example, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, neighbors, coworkers, friends, etc.) that they also fill out your family's last name, as well as your youngest or only student's first name and homeroom on the order form. This will ensure that their order total goes towards your family's grand total.
