HOW TO PARTICIPATE

LIMITED SLOTS PER DAY - FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE​​​​

STEP 1: LOCATE FLYER AND SIGN UP GENIUS

Locate the flyer with the prize revealed, as well as the Sign Up Genius (SUG) link for that day.

12am - H&S 12 Days of Christmas Webpage

The daily prize will be revealed and 50% of the slots will become available on the SUG.

​

8am - H&S Private FaceBook Group

The daily will be posted and 100% of the slots will become available on the SUG.

​

12pm - Email to CCCS Parents

If there are any remaining slots, an email will be sent out to the CCCS parents.

STEP 2: SECURE YOUR SLOT BY SIGNING UP ON THE SUG

When adding your name, email and phone number to the SUG, please comment your payment method:

either your @VenmoUsername or "Card" (please note Venmo is the preferred method).

You may sign up for as many slots as you would like to purchase entry for.

STEP 3: SUBMIT PAYMENT ASAP

VENMO You will receive a Venmo Payment Request from @CCSHomeAndSchool.

Please submit your venmo payment directly through that Venmo Payment Request.

CARD You will receive an email to the address you provided on the SUG from CorpusChristiSchoolHSA@gmail.com. The email will have link to an Order Form. Please fill out the form and submit payment via Debit or Credit Card.

STEP 4: CONFIRM ENTRY

On the H&S 12 Days of Christmas webpage, click on the link titled "Confirmed Entries" to ensure your entry or entries has been accounted for correctly. Please allow some time between submitting your payment and your name appearing on this list. If you believe your name should be listed but do not see it listed, or if it is not listed the correct number of times, please email CorpusChristiSchoolHSA@gmail.com by 7pm that evening.

STEP 5: WATCH THE WINNER BE ANNOUNCED LIVE

A member from H&S will go LIVE in the Private H&S Parent FaceBook Group around 9pm each night.

They will spin a virtual wheel that lists all of the names for that day's entries. Once the live video is finished, the video will be uploaded to the H&S 12 Days of Christmas webpage.​
